I was ready to place my order, but the checkout kept messing up and I couldn’t get through to finish it. Frustrating, because I actually wanted to buy the items and now I kind of regret wasting the time trying...

i mean, I reached out to boomersintheknow.com about the issue I was having, but it never really got sorted. The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they didn’t feel all that helpful.

I kept waiting for someone to give me a clear answer or at least point me in the right direction, but it just kind of went nowhere. i’m disappointed with how it was handled.

I had a hard time figuring out what I was actually going to be charged. At one point I thought the charge would happen later, then it seemed like it had already gone through, and by the time I understood it, it was basically too late. The whole billing timeline felt unclear and frustrating.

I tried using boomersintheknow.com on my phone, it was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The pages took a while to load, the buttons were too small, and I kept having to tap things more than once, which gets old quickly.
The layout also kept shifting around while I was trying to read, so it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience. Maybe it’s fine on a computer, but if a site is available on mobile, you’d expect the basics to work without fighting with it...

I tried creating an account, but it kept asking me for the same details over and over. Then the verification took way longer than expected. You just start to lose patience when the first step is already that frustrating, i ended up giving up after a while

I placed my order sometime around the start of the month, maybe the 3rd or 4th, and it just took much longer to arrive than I thought it would. The website itself was fine and easy enough to use, so no real complaints there. But the delivery speed was disappointing. I don’t think I’d order again unless they improve that.

"Not worth the hassle"
I tried using boomersintheknow.com and got annoyed fast. The site felt confusing right from the start, and I don’t have the patience to dig through a messy layout just to find basic information.
I was hoping it would actually be useful, but most of what I clicked on didn’t really answer what I needed. It felt like I was just going in circles, and after a few minutes I was already over it.

By the end, I left frustrated and didn’t feel like I got anything out of it. Maybe someone else might find it helpful, but for me, it was more trouble than it was worth

"Customer Service Was Disappointing"
I had a really frustrating experience trying to get help from boomersintheknow.com. I sent them a message and waited days for a response, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really answer my question at all. It felt like they hadn’t even read what I wrote. And it’s not even about the wait so much, I get that places can be busy, it’s more that the reply was unhelpful and I still had to follow up just to get nowhere. Annoying overall, and I don’t think I’d use them again.
